The Organization
The physicians of Family HealthCare Associates have been providing total family care to the community for more than 40 years. Patients in every stage of life, from pre-natal to elderly, are treated by highly trained and experienced physicians prepared to solve their health concerns.
ZyphonMedia is working with one of the Family HealthCare Associates physicians in a preliminary phase to develop a doctor-patient communication system that complies with needs for patient confidentiality. The beta test includes a web site for the doctor, which allows him to communicate with patients in a secure environment using encrypted email.
The Challenge
FHCA has many offices but no single identity. The newest office in Mansfield also wanted a way to communicate with their current client database and abide to the legal rules and clients privacy rights.
The Solution
