The Organization
Coit Services Inc. is an international specialty cleaning company with franchises in the United States, Canada and Thailand. Since its inception over half a century ago, Coit has grown into one of the largest specialty cleaning companies in the world. The company offers cleaning and deodorizing of carpet, drapery, upholstery, area rugs, tile and grout, and air ducts; emergency services and restoration; hardwood floor refinishing; deodorizing; and stain-resistant protective coatings. Coit is a family owned company with a close-knit corporate culture and a strong commitment to serving its customers.
The Challenge
Coit's existing Web site was built in .php. Because of the code construction , the site would not function to fit the company's needs.
The Solution
Zyphon has created a series of applications that allow for all Coit franchisees and Corporate locations to all interactive actively with their clients and clients data. In addition to the web tools, we have created a two-page Web site, including online tools to manage all store information and all store sites. Each store can login and edit its site, as well as manage orders that customers place online. The integrated system allows Coit corporate to follow all stages of an order from Web placement through fulfillment to client feedback. Zyphon Media also created a job listing function allowing Coit corporate and all stores to post job openings, accept and store resumes, and take full job applications online.

Coit now has better control of the content on its corporate Web site, in addition to an array of integrated working Web sites for all its franchisees.
